We have an amazing opportunity for a Head of Department Role at a Accounting Company based in Cape Town!
The main purpose of this role is: - To lead and strengthen the senior team within the accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management division, focusing on providing CFO-level financial oversight for larger clients.
We require a candidate with:
• Extensive practical financial management experience
• Background in accounting firms, managing multiple clients and teams
• Familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping processes
• Strong knowledge of current accounting software (Xero, Sage, etc.)
• Leadership experience and strategic thinking in financial operations
• Ability to support growth within a dynamic and expanding division
