Belangrikste Verantwoordelikhede:

Uitvoerende Ondersteuning:

  • Bestuur en onderhou die Direkteur se dagboek, insluitend die skedulering van vergaderings, afsprake en reisreëlings.

  • Berei korrespondensie, vergaderingagenda's en notules voor vir interne en eksterne vergaderings.

Bedryfnavorsing en Markinsigte:

  • Voer deurlopende navorsing uit oor tendense en tegnologieë in die venstersbedryf, veral in die Suid-Afrikaanse konteks.

  • Verskaf bondige insigte en verslae ter ondersteuning van strategiese besluitneming.

Verkope & Klientebetrokkenheid:

  • Berei akkurate en professionele kliëntkwotasies voor vir venster- en deurbestuurprodukte en dienste.

  • Analiseer prestasieverslae vir die verkoopspan, identifiseer neigings en verskaf insigte aan die Direkteur.

Sosiale Media en Handelsmerkbestuur:

  • Ontwikkel, implementeer en bestuur die maatskappy se sosiale media-strategie om handelsmerk sigbaarheid en reputasie te bevorder.

  • Skep betrokke inhoud oor platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ens.) om die maatskappy as die voorkeurkeuse op die mark te vestig.

  • Monitor en rapporteer oor sosiale media-betrokkenheid en pas strategieë dienooreenkomstig aan.

Waarna ons soek:

  • Matrieksertifikaat, met ten minste 2 jaar administratiewe ervaring.

  • Bemarkingsondervinding is voordelig.

  • Bekendheid met Microsoft Office.

  • Bewese ervaring as administratiewe assistent of soortgelyke rolle.

  • Ervaring in sosiale media bestuur of digitale bemarking.

  • Sterk navorsing, analitiese en kommunikasievaardighede.

  • Organisasie en tydbestuursvaardighede, met die vermoë om veelvuldige take te hanteer.

PA and Social Media Marketing Assistant
Are you an organised, proactive, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for administration and brand engagement? Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s diary, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes for internal and external meetings.

Industry Research & Market Insight:

  • Conduct ongoing research into trends and technologies in the fenestration industry, particularly in Southern Africa.

  • Provide concise insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Prepare accurate and professional customer quotations for window and door products and services.

  • Analyse performance reports for the sales team, identifying trends and providing insights to the MD.

Social Media & Brand Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Create engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to re-establish the company as the preferred choice in the market.

  • Monitor and report on social media engagement, adjusting strategies accordingly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Matric certificate, with at least 2 years of administrative experience.

  • Marketing experience is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

  • Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.

  • Experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.
