Minimum RequirementsMatric Higher Education (Advantageous) Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle MS Office 1 3 years experience in an Administrative role Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office functions and supporting management and staff Act as a point of contact between management, staff, clients, and vendors Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Assist with recruitment processes (e.g., scheduling interviews, collecting resumes) Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality Help onboard new employees Maintaining and updating employee records (physical and digital) Organizing and filing documents like contracts and disciplinary records Supporting payroll processing Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for HR management
