Own a portfolio of high-value agency accounts while actively driving new business development. Use a strategic, consultative sales approach to grow revenue across integrated media solutions.
Build long-term agency partnerships and deliver tailored, results-driven proposals.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 essential.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
4 or more years of B2B sales related experience.
Proven experience working with or within media agencies.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Understanding of media planning and buying cycles.
Ability to analyse data and pitch platform-specific ROI.
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of agency accounts and their clients.
Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
Sell integrated advertising solutions across multiple platforms.
Build strategic, consultative relationships with agency stakeholders.
Develop and present custom sales proposals aligned to client goals.
Collaborate internally to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign insights.
Maintain accurate pipeline and sales reporting via CRM.
Contribute insights to product development and market positioning.
Stay informed on industry trends, agency structures, and competitors.
