Description:
We are currently look for an experienced Snr. FOH Manager to fill this exciting position in the Hermanus area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing staff, training, conduct performance evaluations, staff shift schedule
- Maintain top quality guest experience and service excellence
- Over see daily, weekly and monthly operations
- Maintain high standards Health and safety in all areas
- Ensure every department is functioning well and according to the highest standards.
- Responsible for monthly budgets, inventory, revenue, cash up and restaurant running costs.
- Must be able to build good relations with the local community and tourists.
- Able and willing to work in a busy and vibrant working environment.
Qualification:
- Own transport is essential
- Proven experience in a similar role +5 years or more
- Computer literate and POS systems
- English & Afrikaans speaking
