Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling of regular maintenance & repairs.
Inspection of equipment.
Coordination of repairs.
Troubleshoot issues.
Maintain report records.
Supervision of technicians.
Facilitate internal training as and when required.
Task assignment for team.
Safety and Compliance in accordance with applicable legislation and company policy.
Liaising with clients.
Providing updates to internal/external customers.
Dealing with all complaints received from internal/external customers.
Requirements:
Experience and QualificationsPrevious experience in maintenance and repair planning and scheduling
Must be a Qualified Diesel Mechanic
Automotive Electrician experience
Extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
Experience in safety management or compliance roles.
Experience in customer service or client management.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Aptitude to handle volumized pressure.
Efficiently scheduling and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Understanding of the equipment and its operational standards.
Identifying potential issues during equipment inspections.
Effectively coordinating with repair teams and stakeholders.
Overseeing the repair process from start to finish.
In-depth knowledge of the equipment and systems.
