Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ERP Trade Support Specialist to join our growing team. This initially remote position with eventual hybrid arrangements offers the opportunity to work with our diverse client base, providing exceptional technical support for our leading retail, manufacturing, and distribution software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support to clients via multiple channels including WhatsApp (through our Wati platform), support groups, ticketing system, email, and phone calls
- Assist with system implementations, master data migration, and online training via Microsoft Teams
- Support clients with daily processing and operations including cashups, goods receiving, returns, invoicing, and transaction processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, printer problems, and general IT concerns within established SLAs
- Perform system overrides and assist with error resolution when required
- Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of client issues and resolutions
- Stay updated on system enhancements and new features to provide informed support
- Collaborate with the implementation and development teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Complete mandatory training course within the first 2 months of employment

Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Microsoft Excel Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Data Analysis Experience: 1 year or less
- Microsoft Teams Experience: 1 year or less
- Business Operations Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Accounting Principles Experience: 1 to 2 years
- ERP/POS Software Support Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Technical Troubleshooting Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Remote Communication Experience: 1 year or less
- AI Technology Awareness Experience: 1 year or less
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in ERP/POS software support, preferably with retail, manufacturing, or distribution systems
- Technical knowledge of accounting principles and business operations
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Understanding of AI and its future potential in the ERP space
- Customer service orientation with patience and empathy
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with dynamic working hours including shift work and occasional weekends
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
- Willingness to complete mandatory training course within first 2 months of employment
Nice to Have:
