Description:
Requirements:Std 10/Grade 12 - minimum 5 years work experience on counter sales. Knowledge of parts for a range of different forklifts would be an advantage. Good knowledge of interchangeability of parts amongst different forklifts. Knowledge of where to source parts required. (Different suppliers). PC literate in MS Outlook, Excel and Sage Evolution (preferred). Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist parts customers who visit the branch or call in via telephone. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised counter area. Canvas for new parts customers via various means including but not limited to digital marketing media, telephone calls and e-mails. Build a strong customer base. Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business. Achieve the individual monthly parts budget as set. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
