REQUIREMENTS:3+ years' experience in Salon, Spa, or Retail Management. Leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire teams. A passion for skin health, customer experience, and professional beauty services. Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and create a positive team environment. Comfortable with booking systems ( ZENOTI experience a plus) and Stock Management. MUST be able to communicate both in English & Afrikaans. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of Therapists, Front Desk Staff, and Specialists. Oversee daily salon operations, including appointments, service flow, and opening/closing procedures. Ensure exceptional client service and handle client. escalations professionally. Monitor and optimise staff schedules, KPIs, and performance. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock accuracy (including online and in-store). Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through personalised service and service recovery. Coordinate staff training, brand knowledge sessions, and onboarding. Maintain high hygiene, ambience, and brand presentation standards. Collaborate on marketing, campaigns, and promotions execution. Assist with administrative tasks, including supplier communication and invoice management. Report weekly metrics, challenges, and wins to senior management. Work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a rotating schedule.
