Role Overview:
The Workforce Planning Specialist is responsible for analyzing workforce trends and designing strategies that align human capital needs with organizational goals. This strategic role ensures the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain workforce models and analytics dashboards.
Conduct supply-demand forecasting and scenario planning.
Partner with HR and leadership to plan future workforce needs.
Create staffing plans and talent pipelines.
Monitor workforce KPIs and recommend adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience in workforce planning, data analytics, or HR strategy.
Strong quantitative, modeling, and Excel/data visualization skills.
Familiarity with workforce planning tools and HR analytics platforms.
Preferred:
Experience in large-scale organizations or governmental planning.
