Description:
Education:- Finance Degree or Legal Degree
Skills/Experience required:
- 2+ years of accounting or similar experience in finance.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in e-commerce, payments, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills
- A logical approach to troubleshooting and resolving operational issues
Job Description:
- Helping oversee operational aspects of the payment service offering.
- Assisting in the execution of operational projects within the payments function.
- Working closely with compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulations and internal policies.
- Tracking service performance and proactively resolving operational issues.
- Providing customer support by managing inquiries and facilitating issue resolution.
- Analyzing operational data and creating reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Assisting with communication efforts to keep clients informed about updates and new features.
- Providing support to internal teams in resolving technical or operational issues impacting accounts.
