Our client, Cederberg Farming based in Trawal , is currently recruiting for an experienced candidate with strong planning and organisational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
This position requires excellent logistical and communication skills (Afrikaans and English) to liaise with producers, agents and clients, as well as high levels of energy whilst being meticulous in admin, logistics, and export documentation.
Duties will include (but not be limited to): *export sales orders acceptance and liaison with local and international clients *logistics of export orders *sales forecasting *all aspects regarding the handling of export documentation *receiving and processing of orders *management of warehouse *management and administration of third party’s stock *debtors and creditors *all other logistics, exports and administrative tasks associated with the position.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required. Relevant post matric qualification advantageous;
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role relating to an exports, logistics or sales and procurement environment;
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, specifically Excel);
• Own reliable transport.
