Description:
National Company in the steel industry requires a Customer-Facing Driver/Junior Site Supervisor to safely transport goods to customer locations and ensure excellent service and communication. This role also involves overseeing on-site operations, managing a team of workers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within safety standards.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Key Responsibilities:
Transportation & Delivery: Drive company vehicles to deliver goods or equipment to customer sites, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
Customer Service: Interact with customers at delivery points and addressing any concerns .
Site Supervision: Oversee on-site operations, managing the workflow, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and assisting with any site-related issues.
Supervise and lead on-site teams, ensuring efficient task execution and maintaining high morale.
Reporting: Document delivery progress, issues, and site activities, providing regular updates to management.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues on-site, escalating as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Leadership abilities and team management experience
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
This role requires both a hands-on approach to transportation and leadership skills to manage site operations effectively.
