Job Description
As the Head of Sales, your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Sales Team Leadership: Direct a skilled sales team, focusing on advanced training and development to enhance sales techniques and performance. You will be expected to conduct daily check-ins, provide comprehensive monthly reviews, and develop targeted training programs.
- Analytic-Driven Revenue Growth and Profitability: Use a data-driven approach to uncover new business opportunities and optimize profitability. You will engage in detailed market analysis, manage costs, and execute campaigns that expand our market presence and increase our financial returns.
- Targeted New Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategic plans to attract key accounts, employing high-level negotiation skills to secure profitable deals. Your success will hinge on your ability to innovate and tailor solutions to complex client needs.
- Focused Client Retention: Implement and refine client retention strategies that ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Regular activities will include conducting business reviews, analyzing client feedback for service improvements, and managing end-to-end client relationships.
- Comprehensive Sales Process Optimization: Oversee the enhancement of our sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with IT and support teams to integrate technological advancements that support our sales objectives.
Requirements:

- Extensive B2B or Solution-Selling Experience: A minimum of 10 years with a proven impact on business growth and strategy development.
- Proficiency in Problem-Centric Selling: Expertise in identifying client needs and pain points through detailed discovery processes.
- Track Record in Upselling: Demonstrated ability to leverage client insights to craft solutions that enhance client value and boost revenue.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong aptitude for sales analytics essential for making data-driven decisions and enhancing sales strategies.
- Sales Copywriting Expertise: Proficient in directing marketing teams to optimize sales communications such as emails, scripts, and presentations.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication abilities, crucial for negotiations and high-level dealings.
- Motivational Leadership: Ability to foster a motivating and engaging work environment, driving team unity and performance.
