Description:
Primary purpose of the job:
The Quality Engineer will ensure that the products provide a high level of quality that meets the customer's expectation. The person will be responsible for reporting and measuring the organisation's quality performance and taking actions to address any deficiencies.

- Understanding of a measuring report (robotic assembly of steel and aluminium automotive components)
- Core Tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, and Six Sigma Green Belt
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing quality management systems in manufacturing industries
- Creating and maintaining company documentation such as quality manuals and quality procedures
- Troubleshooting problems or flaws in the item provided for testing
- Analysing, identifying, and implementing manufacturing and/or business process improvements
- Meeting with members of the production team to offer recommendations and share results
- Maintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment
- Applying good manufacturing practices and ensuring adherence
- Performing tests and measurements using existing measurement equipment
- Participating in teams to improve and change process-related issues in production
- Analysing audit reports/results and reviewing repeated deficiencies with process owners

- Minimum 5 years' experience or background in the Automotive Industry
