Butcher Manager

Location: Heidedal, Bloemfontein
Salary: Starting at R20,000+ (Highly negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 19:00 (Shifts apply)

Lead the Cut Above the Rest! Manage the butchery department with expertise in meat quality, stock control, sales, and team leadership. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage butchery operations and stock

  • Oversee pricing and sales strategies

  • Ensure health and safety compliance

  • Lead and develop the team

  • Handle financial reports

  • Stay informed on industry trends

Minimum Requirements:

  • Certified meat industry qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience

  • Computer literacy

  • Ability to lead a team under pressure


Slaghuis Bestuurder

Ligging: Heidedal, Bloemfontein
Salaris: Vanaf R20,000+ (Hoogs onderhandelbaar, gebaseer op ervaring)
Werksure: Maandag tot Sondag, 07:00 – 19:00 (Skofte geld)

Lei Die Sny Boven Die Res! Bestuur die slaghuis-afdeling met kundigheid in vleiskwaliteit, voorraadbeheer, verkope en spanleierskap. Verseker voldoening aan gesondheids- en veiligheidsstandaarde terwyl kliëntetevredenheid verhoog word.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:

  • Bestuur slaghuisbedrywighede en voorraad

  • Oorsien pryse en verkoopsstrategieë

  • Verseker gesondheids- en veiligheidsnakoming

  • Lei en ontwikkel die span

  • Hanteer finansiële verslae

  • Bly op hoogte van bedryfstendense

Minimum Vereistes:

  • Gesertifiseerde vleisbedryf kwalifikasies

  • Minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring

  • Rekenaarvaardig

  • Vermoë om ’n span onder druk te lei
