We are seeking an elegant, guest-focused Restaurant Manager with a strong background in luxury dining to lead the front-of-house experience at a prestigious 5-star lodge or boutique hotel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, style, and ensuring guests feel seen, valued, and delighted.You’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant service, from breakfast to wine-paired dinners, working closely with the Executive Chef and GM to maintain the refined standards our clientele expects. Your Role Will Include:- Overseeing daily FOH restaurant operations and service excellence
- Leading and mentoring a team of waiters and hostesses
- Managing reservations, table settings, and guest preferences
- Curating wine service and liaising with the kitchen for seamless delivery
- Ensuring polished guest interactions and resolving service issues with poise
- Maintaining service standards, grooming protocols, and ambience
- 3–5 years’ FOH management experience in a 5-star restaurant, hotel or lodge
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and guest-centric service delivery
- A calm, welcoming presence with leadership qualities
- Familiarity with wine service, dietary requirements, and luxury guest expectations
