- Manage service standards, staff training, shift scheduling and daily operations
- Work closely with the Head Chef and GM to design guest-focused experiences
- Drive beverage sales, menu innovation, and stock control
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure rapid resolution
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance
- Minimum 3–5 years in a senior F&B management role at a 5-star lodge or hotel
- Excellent knowledge of fine dining service, wines, and luxury hospitality expectations
- Hands-on leader with strong people management and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems, budgeting, and supplier negotiations
- Calm, well-presented, and solutions-oriented under pressure
