JOB PURPOSEResponsible for developing, managing, monitoring and implementing the companys digital strategy in line with the organisational objectives and priorities. Demonstrate an end-to-end mindset, rethinking new ways to meet and exceed customer needs. Determine when incremental process improvement is sufficient and when radical process reengineering is required, ensuring the optimal balance between innovation and business return on investment. Embed leading technology, business process optimisation, tools and metrics to drive sustained improvements in business performance.
