Description:
- National Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Management, or similar.
- 5+ years experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, fire safety, and preventative maintenance protocols.
- Hands-on technical skills across multiple disciplines (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel maintenance software (e.g., Opera, HotSOS, or similar) is advantageous.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 35 years experience in a hotel environment, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, guest relations, and hotel procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel, or similar).
