Key Responsibilities:- Perform and maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations, with a focus on control accounts and technical insurance balances.
- Ensure financial integrity through the timely identification and resolution of discrepancies.
- Support month-end close processes, including journal entries and ledger reviews.
- Uphold internal control standards and support compliance with insurance industry regulations.Requirements:
- BCom in Accounting or Finance (essential).
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience, preferably in the insurance sector (non-negotiable).
- Proficiency in Xero and a solid understanding of control account management.
