Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Manager and Head of Department. Manage the Executiveâ??s daily schedule, ensuring all meetings, deadlines, and priorities are well coordinated. Coordinate and maintain accurate records of departmental operations, meetings, and action items. Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and timely follow-ups. Ensure all presentation materials and reports are prepared to a high standard and distributed to relevant parties. Collate data from multiple departments to compile reports, documentation, and presentations. Update dashboards to support company quality systems, follow up on queries, and escalate issues when necessary. Arrange travel logistics and process travel claims efficiently. Support department-related projects and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Preferred Candidate Profile:
Matric (Grade 12) â?? essential Diploma in Office Administration / Secretarial â?? required Minimum 5 years' experience in office administration, with at least 2 years in an executive support roleKey Skills and Competencies:
