Are you a strategic marketing leader with a flair for storytelling, brand elevation, and driving results in the luxury hospitality space? We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Lead to head up marketing initiatives across a growing portfolio of 5-star properties, including exclusive game lodges, boutique hotels, and high-end venues.This role demands a self-starter with both creative and commercial acumen—someone who can lead campaigns, manage cross-platform content, and align with sales and operations to grow market share. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple properties
- Oversee content creation, digital marketing, media relations and PR
- Manage social media platforms, paid media, SEO/SEM and e-mail marketing
- Work closely with GM teams, sales, and designers to roll out campaigns
- Lead brand development, guest communications, and in-house collateral
- Build and manage a small internal team and external marketing partners
- Report on marketing ROI, lead generation, and occupancy-driven initiatives
- 5+ years’ senior marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tools
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent writing and storytelling ability—able to translate brand ethos into campaigns
- Comfortable presenting to executives, managing agency relationships and driving deadlines
