We're looking for a sharp, strategic Reservations Manager to steer both international and local bookings — leading a high-energy team, optimizing every step of the guest journey, and bringing global experience to life.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
🛫 Manage global reservations — from local escapes to international dream trips
👥 Lead, train & inspire a multilingual, multicultural reservations & call center team
🌐 Liaise confidently with international clients and global partners
🧠 Master platforms like Amadeus, Opera, Mocha & more
📊 Report on booking trends and customer behaviors
💼 Ensure a world-class guest experience — online, on call, and in every interaction
🧭 What You Bring:
✔️ 3–5+ years in reservations, call center leadership, or travel logistics
✔️ Experience working with international clients or global call centers
✔️ CRM and system-savvy (Amadeus, Opera, etc.)
✔️ Calm under pressure, brilliant with people
✔️ Excellent communicator & proven team leader
✔️ Fluent in English (bonus: additional languages a big plus)
✔️ Background in global travel, tourism, or campaigns? Even better!
