A fast-growing financial company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong performance history in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.
- Lead a high-performing team focused on targets, customer satisfaction, and innovation.
- Analyze market data and trends to inform strategic direction and positioning.
- Ensure strong customer relationships and effective client retention strategies.
- Collaborate across departments to align marketing initiatives with operational goals.
- Design and execute campaigns, promotions, and communication plans for maximum impact.
- Manage budgets, report on ROI, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Drive digital growth, including social media, content creation, and campaign analysis.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a sales and/or marketing management role , preferably within large corporates or the retail sector.
- A proven track record of success in sales and marketing , with measurable achievements.
- Strong people management skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Expertise in marketing analytics, consumer behavior, and modern marketing techniques.
- Real-world experience in corporate and/or fast-paced, customer-driven environments.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, strategic insight, and decision-making.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
