Job responsibilities

  • Assist the Human Resource Leader in managing the disciplinary procedures of all personnel.
  • Recruiting the required staff members.
  • Developing the skills of all staff members and keep records of employees trained.
  • Assist in handling increase negotiations and performance appraisals.
  • Assist in compiling monthly production reports.
  • Assisting all managing staff with Labour Related issues.
  • Ensure that all reports are completed correctly (WSP/ATR, Employment Equity, STATS SA and BBBEE).
  • Assist in handling all CCMA matters.
  • Drafting of company policies and procedures.
  • Record keeping of all leave taken by employees and approve leave requests.
  • Compiling of all staff member’s contracts and keeping record of all staff files.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent.

Own reliable transport

Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.

Good administrative skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast passed environment.

Adaptability, critical thinking and computer skills.
