Job responsibilities
- Assist the Human Resource Leader in managing the disciplinary procedures of all personnel.
- Recruiting the required staff members.
- Developing the skills of all staff members and keep records of employees trained.
- Assist in handling increase negotiations and performance appraisals.
- Assist in compiling monthly production reports.
- Assisting all managing staff with Labour Related issues.
- Ensure that all reports are completed correctly (WSP/ATR, Employment Equity, STATS SA and BBBEE).
- Assist in handling all CCMA matters.
- Drafting of company policies and procedures.
- Record keeping of all leave taken by employees and approve leave requests.
- Compiling of all staff member’s contracts and keeping record of all staff files.

Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent.
Own reliable transport
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
Good administrative skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast passed environment.
Adaptability, critical thinking and computer skills.
