Description:
The above position is vacant at our Sasolburg branch. The overall purpose of this position is to receive consignments from the vehicle crew and banks, sort and hand over to next party.
Minimum Requirements:
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in the security industry or similar role (Advantageous at FSG)
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Physically fit
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):
- Handling, sorting and receiving of consignments from the Boxroom; trucks or bank and clearing in the afternoon
- Taking responsibility for the bulk money
- Meeting strict deadlines
- Check trucks and make sure all doors are locked and consignments have been dropped into drop bins
- Report to Control Room after truck has left that all is in order
- Administration duties including filing and reporting
