Description:
We're looking for a skilled IT Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from troubleshooting hardware/software issues to supporting network infrastructure and maintaining IT assets. Requirements:- Matric (Grade 12) or higher
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft certifications)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk)
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
- Code 8 driver's license
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
