Quantity Surveyor – Upmarket Residential Projects (Durbanville)- A leading Durbanville-based residential building contractor is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-end residential homes.
- Prepare accurate bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Manage project budgets, progress claims, and final accounts
- Conduct regular cost reporting and forecasting
- Assess and certify subcontractor and supplier payments
- Support procurement processes and contract administration
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and site teams to ensure project efficiency
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential construction
- Proven experience with upmarket or bespoke home builds is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of JBCC contracts and local building regulations
- Proficient in Excel and QS software (e.g., BuildSmart, CCS Candy)
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive work ethic
- Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
