Description:

Oversight responsibility in respect of the following:

Support the marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.

Assist in creating and managing content across digital and print platforms.

Help maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.

Provide administrative support.

Qualifications, Experience,

  • Grade 12 or higher
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing. Public Relations, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital and print media
  • 1-2 years’ hands- on experience managing social media platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite- particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom- will be advantageous.
  • Understanding of the agriculture landscape will be advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to a marketing or communications environment, including internships or part-time work.

Knowledge

  • Strong computer literacy
  • Good knowledge of IT principles, processes and procedures
  • Working knowledge of relevant organisational polices
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Understanding of marketing eco-system development and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently
