Human Resources Business Partner (EE)

Up to R45,000 CTC per month
We're looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team and support the HR Director in driving strategic HR initiatives. If you have a strong background in industrial relations and HR operations within a manufacturing environment (non-negotiable), this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IR support, manage hearings, and represent the company at CCMA/Bargaining Council.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment aligned with EE/BBBEE goals.
- Lead onboarding and maintain accurate HRIS records.
- Support training, HR reporting, and global HR projects.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives and company events.

- Industrial Relations: 5 to 6 years

What We’re Looking For
✅ Degree in HR/Industrial Relations (preferred)
✅ 6–8 years’ experience in a similar role
✅ Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
✅ Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation
✅ Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving & organisational skills
✅ Resides within 25 km of Spartan, Kempton Park
