Join a manufacturing team as a Human Resource Business Partner in the Gauteng! In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR functions such as industrial relations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Your expertise in labour law, conflict resolution, and HR systems will be essential in ensuring fair workplace practices, strong employee relations, and efficient HR operations across the business. To succeed in this role, you should have 4+ years’ experience, a degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations, along with solid knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
