Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Analyzing unexpected discrepancies in the profit and loss statement
Ensuring all expenses and revenues are accurately recorded through comprehensive account reconciliations
Preparing and reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Overseeing key aspects of the annual budget process and contributing to broader financial planning
Compiling lead schedules for year-end financial reporting and managing specific areas of the annual audit
Upholding strong financial controls and maintaining effective reporting frameworks
Supporting the finance teams daily operations and overall efficiency
Providing assistance to the Senior Financial Accountant and Financial Executive on ad hoc projects

Skills & Experience:
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong excel skills
SAP experience or knowledge would be advantageous
Confident and independent person who is a fast learner
Qualification:
Bcom degree + minimum 3 years exp OR
CA / eligible to register + 1 year post article experience
