Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee human resources operations for a group of two private companies, collectively employing approximately 500 staff.This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and drive talent acquisition and development to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:- Develop policies & procedures and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (BBBEE, EE, COID, UIF, DOL, etc.) and company policies.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities (WSP, Learnerships/ Grants etc.)
- Administer all Human Resources processes, excl. Payroll.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (min. NQF level 7)
- Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
General:
- The role is primarily based at our Durbanville - Phesantekraal offices, with occasional national travel as a necessary component of the role
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Northern Suburbs
- We offer a 6.5% employer’s provident fund contribution
