Description:
Daily Routine inspections of Automated and Manual Packaging Machinery to ensure running at Optimal capacity.
Daily breakdown routine on all automated and manual packaging machinery as per fault finding.
Ensuring that automated machines operate at their optimal levels.
Stock control of parts required for maintenance and reporting of low levels to packaging manager.
Sets up, test and adjust manufacturing machinery or equipment, using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or computer technologies.
Full time maintenance work in Packaging Department and responsible for ensuring that automated and manual machines operate at their optimal levels.
Requirements:
- Fault Finding Experience: 3 to 4 years
- Technical Maintenance And Support: 3 to 4 years
- Packaging Machines: 3 to 4 years
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF level 4
- 4 years experience in Technical Maintenance
- Electrical/Millwright/Boilermaker Certification
- Knowlege on grain specific automated packaging machines will be advantageous
- Fault Finding
- Good electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of tools and equipment
- Operations coperation
- Critical Thinking
- Manual dexteirty
- Resilience (coping with pressure)
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF level 4
