Full accounting and audit function for the entity including but not limited to.Budget preparationPreparation of monthly management accountsOversee and manage the internal and external audit processeseFiling submissions - VAT201, IRP6, ITR14Managing and reconciling cashbook entries using Sage EvolutionLoading and managing payments through Business Online.Management of customers and suppliersProcessing of purchase orders of imported goods.Inventory adjustments.Physical inventory counts.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• eFiling submissions - VAT201, IRP6, ITR14
• Managing and reconciling cashbook entries using Sage Evolution
• Loading and managing payments through Business Online.
• Management of customers and suppliers
• Processing of purchase orders of imported goods.
• Inventory adjustments.
• Physical inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Matric or equivalent; additional certification in Accounting/Finance/Bookkeeping is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience
• SAGE experience will be highly advantageous
• Excel experience
