Description:
Brief Description of the Position:Control and Calibrate, measuring and test equipment for head office and Branches
Do maintenance and preventative maintenance and storage of all company equipment
Keep and ensure the database and records are updated as per ISO 9001
Conducting internal audits
Control sub-contracted calibration function
Review and update relevant calibration procedures
Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures
Assist fellow employees with daily calibration functions as and when required
Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time
Requirements:
EDUCATION:Matric / N3
Metrology 1,2,3
Internal Auditor Training
EXPERIENCE:
3 Years in Metrology
2 Years in Internal Auditing
3 - 5 years in a manufacturing role, responsible for calibrating and maintaining measuring equipment
Experienced in Data Management and Analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
Computer Literacy, including Microsoft Office 365
QC Experience - Essential
Sound Knowledge of ISO 9001
