Are you a highly organized and customer-focused professional with a passion for travel and logistics? We are looking for an experienced International and Local Reservations Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the reservations team with precision and care.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all international and local booking operations
- Coordinate with global and domestic partners to ensure seamless reservation processes with Exchanges.
- Lead a team of reservation agents, providing training and support daily.
- Optimize reservation systems and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Handle high level customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor performance metrics and report on booking trends daily, weekly and monthly.
Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Mocha, Pegasus, Amadeus, Opera, Iris, Genesys, Qcontact etc.)
- Vast Knowledge of international reservations and exchange partners an advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Have a background in international travel or worked in an international campaign.
