Description:

TEMP: A well-established client based in Somerset West is looking for a candidate with a basic financial understanding, excellent data capturing skills, and advanced Excel skills to join their team for 4 - 5 months.
      • Requirements:
        • Matric/Tertiary qualification
        • Computer literate (MS Excel and Pivot Tables are essential)
        • Excellent communication skills
        • Accurate and detail-oriented
        • A minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment
        Duties will include, but not limited to:
        • Updating Excel tracking sheets
        • Emails to customers updating on repair eta's
        • Invoicing from SAP
        • Raising waybills on the online portal
        • Assist with general ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
        Candidates must currently reside in the Western Cape - (preferably in the Helderberg area) and be able to commence duties immediately.

        In return, a competitive salary is on offer.
