Description:
Our client, a Fintech company in the logistics industry is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join their team based in Centurion.
The primary role is to ensure superior customer service by answering product and service questions, while suggesting information about other products and services. You will be responsible to process orders, prepare customer correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties and Key Areas of Responsibility
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating client's value proposition.
- Liaising with external suppliers for client servicing
- Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
- Open and maintain customer accounts and profiles by recording account information on the admin website
- Liaison between Sales, Finance, IT and customers
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Advise customers on available products
- Ad hoc Duties as required from time to time

- Valid Driver's Licence
- Experience in Business-to-business essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in oubound / external sales, preferably in Insurance, Fleet Management or Logistics industry
- Highly motivated and incentive/commission driven
- Result oriented and strong persuasion and negotiation skills
