Identify and conversion of leads to sales by educating prospects on the services and products offering of the company via targeted calls, training/presentations, and providing customers with exceptional after sales service whilst adhering to sound fiscal and business process governance.

Accurately define cost of sales prior to providing quotations. Agree any deviations from GP with management. Liaise with Finance to confirm that customers are invoiced timely and correctly. Liaise with the Financial Manager regarding actions required into any Debtors exceeding the standard payment terms. Timely and accurate submission of claims. Demonstrate action taken to optimise resource utilisation and/or cost minimizing steps implemented. Communicate timely with the Finance & Warehouse Administrator and other branches regarding stock required for customers as to ensure a quick turn around on orders. Assess local market conditions and -in coordination with Management - identify current and prospective sales opportunities/strategies – as aligned to the Company and branch growth and profitability goals. Agree specific sales targets with Manager to support branch targets and ensure current (annuity revenue) and prospective client bases are covered. Ensure an integrated approach in promoting a “total solution” for customers as opposed to only singular product sales Obtain Competitor market intelligence from Management, interpret impact on own environment, develop & implement counter strategies. Compile and present quotes/proposals timely and accurately. Define existing primary customers/stakeholders and match their associated Product and Service’s needs, demands and expectations on a continuous basis – inclusive of cost benefit analysis.
