We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Person to take care of day-to-day maintenance duties across the Paarden Eiland area. This is a hands-on, full-time permanent role for someone who knows how to get the job done properly and efficiently—no fuss, no excuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks in and around the Paarden Eiland area Cement mixing, patching, painting, and small repair jobs Identify and report infrastructure issues in the area Assist with urgent or clean-up duties as they arise Provide basic reports using a computer or smartphoneRequirements:
Valid driver’s license is essential Must know how to mix cement and paint Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active Computer literate – able to take and send photos, write short reports, use email or WhatsApp Can work independently and finish tasks without needing to be micromanagedWhat We’re Looking For:
A dependable, proactive person Physically fit and capable of manual work Takes pride in keeping the environment clean and maintained
