Key Responsibilities Reporting to the CFO of the Division:
Lead the full financial function of the division, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Provide strategic financial guidance to support executive decision-making and long-term planning. Drive cost optimization, working closely with operations to identify efficiencies and improve margins. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and internal financial controls. Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and balance sheet integrity. Partner with key business units to provide commercial and operational finance support. Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders. Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring skills development and succession planning. Support M&A, expansion, and investment initiatives with financial due diligence and feasibility analysis. Champion digital transformation in finance through system enhancements and process automation. Monitor and report on key financial KPIs and ensure alignment with divisional objectives.
