Description:
This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR administration, maintaining accurate employee data, and overseeing the Sage 300 system. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure HR compliance and efficiency. This is a practical, deadline-driven role with a focus on accuracy and initiative.Key Responsibilities:
Provide full HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, training, leave, staff movements, and record-keeping Maintain and manage the system to ensure accurate, up-to-date information Serve as the primary point of contact for all system queries and troubleshooting Ensure all HR administrative processes align with company policies and compliance requirements Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation with a strong focus on accuracy Assist in the development and maintenance of employee organograms Work collaboratively with line managers to provide efficient HR support Coordinate documentation and tracking related to training and development Manage internal employee file audits and records Contribute to HR improvement projects and initiatives Support recruitment administration when required Ensure timely updates to employment contracts and letters Monitor employee probation periods and generate reminder alerts Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR-related information Key Attributes:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (preferred) Minimum 2 years' experience in HR administration Proficient in Sage 300 HR module (essential) Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism High level of discretion and confidentiality Remuneration:
R25 000 - R30 000
