Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies Manage balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger oversight Oversee monthly reporting packs and variance analysis Collaborate on audits and statutory reporting SAP or other ERP systems to manage and optimize financial processes Supervise and support junior finance staff, offering mentorship and guidance Contribute to process improvements and internal controls
Requirements:
CA(SA) qualified (essential) 2 3 years post-article experience Construction, Engineering, Telecommunications, or IT sectors (essential) Proficient in SAP or any major ERP system Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS) A natural team leader who enjoys supervising and developing others Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
