What Youll Get Up To:
Run with the annual brand plan and promotions calendar like its your personal mission Bring campaigns to life across social, digital, events, and in-store activations Spot new opportunities in the market and make sure our campaigns feel local Partner with agencies, franchisees, and media teams to keep the buzz alive Use consumer insights and data to back your creative hunches Tweak menus, promotions, and pricing like a pro (yes, data meets marketing here) Own the marketing budget like its your side hustle
What Were Looking For:
Youve got at least 3 years of experience in FMCG or food franchising You know how to juggle a budget, a deadline, and 3 WhatsApp groups at once Comfortable with digital and social marketing (you're not afraid of algorithms) You work well solo but love collaborating with others Youre based in Mauritiusand yes, this role is strictly for Mauritian nationals
