We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team in Oudtshoorn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles. Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable vehicle options. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to effectively present to customers. Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any queries. Finance & Documentation: Assist customers with finance options and ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed. Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Minimum Requirements:
Education: Matric / Grade 12 Certificate. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in vehicle sales within a franchised dealership environment. Licenses: Valid driver's license (Code B or higher). Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in dealership management systems.Preferred Attributes:
