Description:
- B. Com Degree or BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or Product Manager role.
- Experience in the Automotive Parts/Aftermarket industry
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive category growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data management.
- Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.Key Responsibilities:
