Join a top-tier security services provider in Midrand as our Senior Operational Manager. We’re looking for a proven leader with a solid background in the security industry to drive operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Manage +\- 100 sites
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of security professionals.
- Develop risk assessment strategies and maintain safety protocols.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain high service standards.
- Manage financial budgets effectively and drive operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and present operational insights to senior management
Requirements:

- PSIRA (Grade A) registered as per Act 2000 (Act 60/2000).
- Firearm competency (handgun and shotgun) with relevant certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Excellent risk assessment and crisis management capabilities.
- PC literate – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Financial budgeting experience.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Clear criminal record.
- Must be fluent in English.

- 10+ years in the security industry, with 5+ years in a management role.
