General Manager - RestaurantOur client based in the heart of George is looking for an experienced and qualified Restaurant General manager to organize and run the restaurant activities in accordance with our Company's standardsJob Responsibilities:Meets restaurant financial objectives in food, beverage, payroll and restaurant costsAttracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing plans with the Operations managerControls purchases and inventory in accordance with set restaurant budgetsMaintains operations in accordance with the set policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and qualityMaintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food and beverage service offeringsAccomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives by screening & interviewing suitable candidates for junior vacancies and ensuring that the necessary training is given to new recruitsEnsure that guests are enjoying their visit to our restaurantDirects and motivates the service staff to ensure that guests are having a great timeMaintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing hygiene standards and proceduresMaintains professional relations with all guests and staffAccomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of the restaurant operationsPrepares weekly reports as required by the companyCandidate must have own reliable transport Competencies:- Candidate must be of sober habits
